Professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Pernambuco - IFPE, Biologist and Technologist in Environmental Management, Master in Development and Environment by PRODEMA/UFPE, PhD student in Economics at the University of Brasilia - UnB, certified in Valuation and Household Surveys by the Tropical Agronomic Centre for Research and Education of Costa Rica - CATIE, and in Environmental Management by the University of California/Berkeley, working in the area of Conservation of Natural Resources with an emphasis on Environmental Economics.
