Biography

Mr. Amol More (b. 1984) is an Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering at AISSMS’s Institute of Information Technology, Pune, where he has served since 2010. With over sixteen years of teaching experience, alongside industrial, research, and administrative engagements, he has established himself as a dedicated educator and researcher in thermal sciences, mechanical systems, and engineering pedagogy.Mr. More earned his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University (2007), followed by an M.Tech in Thermal Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune (2009). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Sunrise University, Alwar. His academic journey has been complemented by continuous professional development, including more than 40 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Short-Term Training Programs (STTPs), and NPTEL certifications in areas such as Industry 4.0, IoT, NBA accreditation, and engineering graphics.
