Biography

Nutritionist. Bachelor in Nutrition from the Federal University of Acre (UFAC). Currently candidate PhD in Food and Nutrition at FEA/UNICAMP. I have pro-efficiency in pre-advanced English. I work at the Healthy Ingredients Biotechnology Platform (NPOP-PBIS), carrying out research on the Special Lipids Platform. (FAPESP Process No. 20/07015-7). I am carrying out a research on the postprandial and chronic effect of consuming high-fat diets, especially interesterified fats, on the development of metabolic diseases, inflammation and the intestinal microbiota.

Education
