Biography

Ádilla, a tenured Assistant Professor of Design at the Federal Institute of Maranhão (IFMA), holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences. As Coordinator of the Graphic Design course at IFMA, she brings expertise in developing ethnographic research and facilitating collaborative design projects with artisan communities. Her research interests lie in the areas of Visual Anthropology, Crafts, Sociology of Work, Identity, Culture, Representation, Collaborative Design, and Co-creation.
